Meninah Return & Replacement Policy
Order Management & Cancellations
To view your order history, track your shipments, or request a cancellation for an unfulfilled order (available within your eligible cancellation window), please log into your account management page here: https://account.meninah.com.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair care products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or monetary refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Damages and Issues (Products Arriving Broken or Defective)
We take great care in packaging your hair care products, but we understand that transit issues can happen. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or if you received the incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@meninah.com. To help us resolve this quickly for you, please include:
1. Your Order Number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in
Once we review and verify the details, we will make it right by shipping a replacement product directly to you at no additional cost. We do not issue monetary refunds for damaged items. In the rare event that the damaged item is completely out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will issue a store credit or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are personal care liquid/topical goods, we cannot accept returns on opened, unsealed, or used items under any circumstances. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or replacements on sale items or digital gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period (EU Orders Only)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
To be eligible for an EU return and refund, the product must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unopened, unused, with any original seals or shrink-wrap fully intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an EU return, please contact us at contact@meninah.com. Please note that for change of mind returns under this 14-day cooling-off period, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs and arranging the shipment back to our facility.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If an EU return is approved after inspection (or in the rare event a damaged product is completely out of stock), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at contact@meninah.com.
